My name is Jannat. I'm an Azerbaijani–Texan living in Amsterdam. I love collecting stories from the past and exploring what shapes us into who we are. I’m especially drawn to our love languages, our upbringings, and the sensory memories that stay with us throughout our lives. I share these stories through written words, capture them through photography, and bring them to life in my kitchen.
